BMO's mobile banking app felt legacy — dense screens, a dated visual language, and none of the polish people now expect from banking apps like Wealthsimple. I redesigned it end-to-end with a cleaner, more modern interface, focused on three core flows: checking in, moving money, and understanding where you stand.

• Home — added quick-access buttons for Send, Transfer, Pay Bill, and Insights right on the dashboard, so the most common actions are one tap away instead of buried in menus.
• Investments — a new dedicated page showing how accounts are performing, with a timeline graph so growth is visible at a glance instead of just a static balance.
• Cards — a virtual view of every card, with balances, transaction history, limits, and bill payments all in one place.
